How Do I Set My Priorities?

“The first step to success is knowing your priorities.”

Hey Fellas! It's quite amazing discussing a cogent subject matter as this.

"Why?", you might ask.

The reason is not far fetched. It is so because the way you deal with a question such as this, will go a long way to tell who you are. In other words you are in a way or the other your priorities... Shocking right...To the person who is curious enough to ask this question, my response to you would be a set of questions. First would be: WHAT DO YOU WANT OUT OF LIFE...?!
Oh! Did I catch your attention even more? But before we go any deeper into this, what does the word " priorit(y/ies)" mean?

Priority means the fact or condition of being regarded or treated as more important than the others
OR a status established in order of importance or urgency.

Now let's take it as it is in the topic, "MY PRIORITIES". This means those things that are in a status regarded or established as being important to you than others.
Now, this is where my question comes in, because The Life you choose will determine what is important (priority) to you.
So, if you choose the life of a mediocre, your priorities will definitely reflect a status of mediocrity; it's the same law if you choose a life of outstanding success because your priorities will carry an excellent and distinguishing status.

Well, I believe you - reading this - must have chosen the latter(I want to believe you did). A certain truth I want you to know is this: It takes more than a desire to live up to your Priorities. There's more to do than having a desire!

Your priorities will, and should, push you into the reality of the life you have chosen. Certainly, there are challenges everywhere. I mean everywhere including your background, your environment, the conflict in your mind, the people sparsed in different platforms you'll get on, etc.

Only those who know what they want out of life itself, those who know what they want to stand for in life, will outlive these challenges and live beyond expectations - the more reason you should set your priorities right.

You should go in search to discover who you are and what you are made up of. If you can't lay a hold on what you are called to do in life, you will hardly lay down a right set of priorities. And as believers, it's important to study yourself and look into the pages of scriptures for what had been written concerning you. Take fast hold of the instructions written therein;so you don't find yourself dancing to the wrong tune in life. A "well-defined self" will go a long way in setting the right priorities

Having known what I want to stand for, how then do I put my Priorities in place in spite of  challenges and roughness? Let's see to that in the next session.

You don't want to keep this knowledge to yourself, right.? Share this generously with your friends and loved ones
 God bless you!
